We are writing to advise you that our current Catering Software Company, CRB Cunninghams, is due an upgrade on 1 July 2021. As a result of this upgrade we have chosen to become a cashless school.
There is no change to our payment system, ScoPay. You can continue to use ScoPay as before using the same log in details and passwords. Benefits of using ScoPay:-
Manage multiple children from a single account, even if children attend a different school (as long as their school also uses ScoPay)
Manage all payments online. Pay via a debit or credit card – clear audit trial which means all payments can be tracked
Access 24/7 – via internet browser or an app
View outstanding payment information, transaction history
View how your children are spending money
Set a daily limit spend
What this means for you and your child/ren:-
From 1 July 2021 we cannot accept cash to top up their Canteen Balance
Shorter queues
We understand this is a change to our current process, however we believe this will benefit everyone in the long run. During current uncertain times, as we are coming out of the pandemic, we also believe this change will help reduce the spread of Covid.
If you have not used ScoPay before, please look at the website link below which gives you a clear guide on how to use it. Your child will bring home a letter with their ScoPay log in details on Friday 28 May.
