Fareham HAF project for young people in receipt of Free School Meals

Y Services are delivering a HAF project at the Genesis Centre, Locks Heath. The project provides a hot meal at each session, games and activities as well as a hamper for the family each week.

Places need to be pre-booked. Days and times are slightly different at each week.

We also have limited spaces for young people who are SEND, have a social worker, EHCP, EHH, are Ukrainian or Afghan refugee.
