The school immunisation team will be in school on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 November to carry out the flu immunisation. If you have not yet completed the consent form please do so using following link : https://www.southernhealthimmunisations.co.uk/forms/flu
The closing date for giving consent is Friday 19 November.
