Non-school uniform days

Dear Parent/Guardian

As you may be aware Crofton would usually hold a number of non-school uniform days and an annual charity week in order to support local and national charities. I am sure that you will also be aware that many charities are struggling due to the current pandemic. At Crofton one of our values is Kindness and we want to do as much as we can to support the charities.

I would like to continue to have non-school uniform days and the planned dates are:

Friday 21 October £2 Charity week

Friday 9 December

Friday 24 March

Monday 17 July

We would normally ask students to bring in £1/£2 for each of these days, but as you know we are unable to collect cash at this time and will not be able to do so for at least the next few months. We are therefore asking parents to pay £5 in one payment for all 5 days. The amount can be paid on ScoPay, whenever you have the funds to do so.

I will update you around each date with the money the charity will support. As always, I welcome suggestions from students. The money for the first date will be split between two charities, Sophie Legacy and supporting young people in Ukraine.

I thank you for your continued support.
