Following on from last week’s announcement regarding September Covid testing for your child, please could we remind you to fill in the consent form as soon as possible, if you have not already done so.
The link to the form can be found within the terms of consent letter. You should use this form whether you give or deny permission for your child to test with us.
Please note will not be able to test any students who turn up in September without prior consent via this form.
